Real Estate Question: a house for sale ~ 2 Full Baths??
Before I ask my real estate agent to verify this with the owner home, I wanted to know your opinion. We looked at a house yesterday that was listed as 2 full baths, and Bath 1 1 / 2. Unfortunately, only found 1 W / Bath a shower head in the house. The place was a little weird … the master bedroom is a small bathroom had only a sink and toilet. It opened into another room which only had the tub w / a shower head (no cupboards, no sink, no bathroom). Then there was another door (on the opposite end room) that lead to another small bathroom had only a sink and toilet, which came into the room. Can they really call that 2 Full Baths … because every 1 / 2 bath is connected to the room with the tub? We asked if there was a bathroom we missed. We have teenage daughters, so this is very important to us. Thanks for your thoughts.
I would not recommend it to your house because it would be difficult to sell in the future. Now there is no way that any appraiser list this as a house bathroom 2. Unless the home has other positive aspects really want to look elsewhere.
